Can you repair a fence before my tenants move in?

My fence is damaged near the lake. Can you just rebuild it where it is?
Not until we know where your property line runs. Lake Hartwell is Corps of Engineers water and a strip of federal land sits between many Clemson back yards and the shoreline, so an older fence may be standing somewhere it should never have been built.
